renault clio 6
Today, adding someone to a private story (an Instagram feature) has become a subtle code for flirting.
Renault hijacks this generational reflex by creating its own private story — inviting people to discover sensual, exclusive content around the new Clio 6 (playing with light, textures, and atmosphere)
Challenge
Create anticipation around the launch of the new Renault Clio 6 among a younger audience.
Insight
On social media, being added to someone's Close Friends list often feels exclusive and personal. It has become a subtle digital signal of attraction.
Idea
Renault turns this social behavior into a launch mechanic.
The brand creats its own "Close Friends" experience, teasing the Clio through intimate fragments, textures, details and partial reveals. The car behaved like a desired person: always visible, never fully accessible.
Follower reactions were integrated into the storytelling, blurring the line between product launch and romantic anticipation.
key learning
This project explored how existing digital behaviors can be repurposed to create emotional engagement. Rather than inventing a new interaction, the concept borrowed a familiar social ritual and transformed it into a brand experience..
Teasing
She lets herself be desired… just a little longer.
We create fake follower messages replying to the private story — as if the Clio 6 were a desired person making them wait, dream, and fantasize…
